I would give this company a zero star…

I would give this company a zero star review if I could. I purchased an item and when I received it, it was damaged. I called the company was told that I should email them pics of item for refund. Never received an email from them. Called them back a few days later and was told the same thing again. When I sent the pictures I was told I could only get 30% off future purchase. I was put on hold for 25 minutes so they can listen to past conversations! I will not purchase from this company ever! Beware of their terrible customer service!!!

New management is horrible

New management is horrible, no more return labels I paid for return $32 because my box was heavy with 2 pair of shoe box , clothing quality went down insanely. Nothing has great fit and material quality very poor. I am so done after last 2 orders just gave up and its been my favorite clothing brand for past 10 years . Very sad , good luck you need it.

If I could give this company no stars

If I could give this company no stars, I would. I placed an order for one dress over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the dress. The item supposedly shipped and has gone on a national tour apparently, because FEDEX has had that package go through 4 different states coming from New York. Horrible service, just horrible. Never, and I mean never again.

Horrible services for delivery, refund.

I'm a close client with Bcbgmaxazria for many year. But now I'm quit. I ordered 2 items from this store and one wasn't fits my daughter so I return. After I returned almost 1,5 months I hadn't got my refund. So I called to customers service and the lady asked my tracking number. Unfortunately I couldn't found it so she said nothing can't help in my case! Even though I give my order number and beg her please double check in the warehouse but she said nothing she can helps. So luckily I found my tracking number form USPS and called them again. After 20 minutes waited she told me that my Oder was in the warehouse and she explained because a lot of refund items so it take long time to refund and apologized. And the second I complain are they charge 8$ for shipping and I had to paid $5 for shipping return! The same way but why they charge me $8 while I just paid $5 for shipping to them. Anyway after I called them to complained they refund to me right away but when I checked my account they minuse $ 8 for shipping! Totally I had to paid $13 for nothing thing! Like many client complained this store is a scam! I'm so disappointed! And never shopping this store again. You lose me Bcbgmaxazria.

I made and order on Monday 23rd of…

I made and order on Monday 23rd of November received a confirmation email that was order was successful, didn’t get any other email about shipment I called on Friday 27th asking when is my order will be shipped and customer service we’re horrible he said he can’t find my order it doesn’t exist! I said I have an email order number money taken from my account, customer service said no order exist email help @bcbg they might be able to find it and hung up. Called next day the girl I spoke too she was able to find my order and said due to the holiday my order been delayed. Now holiday was Thursday! And it doesn’t look like I will revive my order anytime soon her solution was to give me 10% off my next order after telling her that was a birthday gift and I need it by mid next week she said there nothing she can do!!!!!
Horrible customer service horrible shipment horrible communication no response to my email. For the prices I pay I expect high quality products and customer service never again dealing with BCBGMAXAZRIA

I need my money now!

2 months ago I ordered 12 items from bcbg. 3 items were available from the entire order and was shipped. I reached out to bcbg and afterpay which was the method of payment. This is two months later and the money has not been returned. And afterpay tefuse to refund unless they receive a cancellation from bcbg. This has not happened yes. Im still waiting after numerous emails and screenshot photos.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to get a refund from them for the past TWO MONTHS for merchandise that they never shipped me. Their customer service just sends you in circles and doesn't do anything. They have literally taken hundreds of dollars from me and have failed to refund me for something that is 100% their fault. Will never give another dime to them again.

Won’t honor credit

I am due a credit - they provided me a code and the code wasn’t valid - I’ve been communicating with them for months and am ready to take legal action - be careful this is fraud

Has this company gone down hill?

I ordered from this company a few times in the past. On Sep 13, I ordered 6 items that were 80% off thinking it was such a great deal. They shipped one item shortly after that. And the rest... are still coming...in my dreams!
I contacted them 2 weeks ago and they said “The remaining of your order is currently processing and preparing for shipment. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order has shipped.”
After I replied to them, they sent another email “We are sorry your order has not been delivered yet.
Due to a recent reestructuring and relaunch of our webstore, all requests on orders placed before September 24th 2020 are being processed by a specialized team.
Your request has been forwarded to our Support Team. Please allow them a few days to process your request and provide a resolution through email”
Since then, haven’t heard anything. No email update, no shipping confirmation.
By the way, the item I received
(TWILL BUTTON TROUSERS
TUB2302316-920) looks cheap - thin material, off color (the website showed kinda dark wet sand color but the true color is like light dry sand/very light), baggy in the thigh area & one thigh is just a little bit roomier than the other.

Where is my order?

I ordered about 15 items when the 80% sale was on. I received 2 items a few days after I place the order. It has been about 3 weeks now and I still have not heard anything about the pending items. The BCBGENERATION number no longer works and when I call Bcbgmaxazria the rep has no access to the order because they merged system. Why waste people’s time having a sale if there is not enough inventory? This looks very bad on the company. Poor customer service!!!

If it seems too good to be true... it probably is

The customer service agents are nice enough, however, I can't begin to explain how absolutely frustrated I am: after shopping their BIG 80% SALE , I received 2 out of 20 items with NO updates in 4 weeks on when or if the remainder of the items would ever arrive. By email, they assured me my order was "being processed" however, when I finally (took precious time from my day) to call them, the rep could tell me NOTHING except that I must wait at least 7 business days for someone else to send me an email. Meanwhile, I guess they are enjoying my money with interest to make up for declining sales due to COVID19. Glad I could help your bottom line, BCBG but you won't get another penny from me in this lifetime.
